Operating since 2014, Hadron Solar has emerged as a leading provider of solar energy solutions in Pakistan, driven by a simple yet powerful vision: solar on every rooftop. With the global and local surge in solar adoption, the company is playing a pivotal role in democratizing access to clean energy across the country.

Hadron Solar offers a comprehensive range of renewable energy solutions spanning the entire solar energy spectrum. Serving agricultural, residential and corporate clients, the company has consistently demonstrated strong scalability and financial resilience. In the financial year 2020–21, it achieved a turnover of USD 1.65 million, maintaining positive gross margins.

Initially focused on the EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) segment, Hadron Solar has since evolved to meet the growing demand for decentralized solar solutions. In recent years, the company began supplying solar equipment—such as panels, inverters and cables—directly to local installers. Through a proactive sales force, it reaches out to towns and cities across Pakistan, identifying and supporting installers who serve the mass market. By acting as a one-stop solution provider, Hadron Solar helps these partners streamline their operations, reduce costs and save time, accelerating solar adoption throughout the country.

A significant enabler of this growth has been PPSE/PFAN, which played a vital role in helping Hadron Solar prepare for and secure fundraising. PFAN provided strategic guidance, expert consultancy and access to critical financial tools. Their support included the structuring of a comprehensive financial plan and five-year projections, as well as preparing the company to meet the due diligence requirements of banks and investors.
